淡水清晨19.1度入秋平地新低溫

入秋各地早晚溫差大，中央氣象局觀測，今天清晨淡水氣溫攝氏19.1度，是今年台灣入秋以來平地新低溫。氣象局說，今天天氣與昨天類似，中部以北清晨較涼，日夜溫差大，白天起各地大多為多雲到晴，氣溫明顯回升。

氣象局觀測指出，受東北風影響，夜裡清晨中部以北及宜蘭低溫約20度左右，其他地區低溫約21到23度，白天高溫中南部約可達32、33度，其他地區約29到31度，西半部平地日夜溫差大，民眾早出晚歸適時調整穿著。另外，今天白天全台陽光露臉，但東半部、基隆北海岸及大台北東側山區可能有短暫雨，中午後南部地區及中部山區有局部短暫陣雨。

颱風潭美雖已遠離，氣象局提醒，今天台灣北部、東半部（含綠島、蘭嶼）及馬祖仍有發生長浪機率，清晨4時，氣象局觀測到新北龍洞、宜蘭龜山島及蘇澳。

台在地培訓AI人才 4箭齊發

人工智慧（AI）人才在地培訓，台灣正全面加速前進！中研院士、台灣人工智慧學校校長孔祥重表示，台灣擁有獨特資料的優勢發展人工智慧，但抓住人工智能機會有其緊迫性，在台灣本地培養大部分有產業實戰經驗人才，從建構核心知識奠基，練習實際應用，將有無盡的新商機可以開發。

台灣人工智慧學校（AIA）昨（29）日於中研院舉行第三屆台北總校舉行開學典禮，現著手於四大方向加速培訓：其一是經濟部長沈榮津親自操刀的「經濟部AI技術人才專班」培訓計畫；其二，為在台企業量身打造的「移地解題」產業升級方案；其三，AIA將有坐落於新北市的新校區，朝正式機構邁進；其四，開發如石化產業等重大新領域，助台灣AI產業實戰人才快速衝破萬人。

台灣人工智慧學校源起於產學界有感於國內產學鴻溝的難以跨越，高階人才缺乏及外流，於是在台塑等6家企業捐款及台灣資料科學協會、中央研究院等多單位的支持下成立。今年從台北開辦技術領袖培訓班和經理人周末研修班兩類，新竹、台中、南部皆已開設分校，與新竹科學園區、東海與中山大學都有合作。

台灣人工智慧學校執行長陳昇瑋表示，AI是變革技術，密集培訓內容有基礎課程和應用層面，每次16周的上課時間，以系統化、規模化、實地解決產業問題的方式，「從大學教育著手太慢了，產業界自己帶問題來AIA，找到答案帶回去改進現有作法，將營運變得更有效率」。

經濟部次長龔明鑫說，經濟部配合台灣人工智慧學校等培訓團隊，預期在今年能培育350位AI人才，未來兩年內能培育3,200人。陳昇瑋說，過去二屆AIA畢業的校友人數有2,000人，現在全台多處分校同時進行，加上「移地解題」產業升級方案若順利推動，在地AI人才及技術應用規模化的發展速度會很快速，2、3萬人都是可以期待的。

台灣人工智慧學校表示，開辦迄今累計產出80多組優秀專題成果，相關應用產業橫跨石化、製造、紡織、金融、媒體，以及醫療業，特別是經濟部集結如智慧機械、石化化工、紡織、電子資訊、鋼鐵與醫材等重點產業，成果都極為優異，未來應用到跨領域商業化更將無遠弗屆。
